Drip, drip, drop...

Tryin to make the best of a very wet Summer - it's not April but the words still fit!

Drip, drip, drop
When the sky is cloudy
Your pretty music
Will brighten the day

Song of the rainy day
How I love to hear your patter
Pretty little pitter-patter
Helter-skelter when you pelter
Troubles always seem to scatter

Hi Carolyn, I just love the atmosphere you've created, the pictures are truly gorgeous (Loooooove the colors of the vern) combined with that Song of the rainy day. Yes, nature is not all sunny and bright, sometimes it's wet....

Outstanding photos!!! Wish I could bring your extra rain to the U.S. The farmers in Iowa, and other states in the west and midwest, are desperate for rain. The corn is being harvested for silage because it could not mature for lack of moisture.

Thanks Carol ^_^
I'll see if I can blow the rain over to you ! We are over run with slugs and snails because of the wet but our other wildlife is suffering badly especially the birds, butterflies and bees.
Hoping for a good August.
